TRAIL RUNNING GROUP SESSIONS
Our Trail Running Group Sessions are a fantastic way to train specifically for trail running, as well as complimenting your running fitness in general and for exploring the trails as a group.
All sessions will be organised and delivered by Andy who is Destination RUN Coaching's trail running expert and who is an experienced and accomplished trail and ultra-runner, as well as a UESCA-Certified Ultra-running Coach.

These sessions will vary in focus, distance and content each week and will include such aspects as running intervals, tempo/threshold training, hill running, endurance runs of 5+ miles and give athletes the chance to run with others over a mixture of terrain, elevation and conditions. There would also be a mixture of routes and locations to explore too.
Everything we do will be with the purpose of developing your fitness and confidence on the trails, which in turn will help you become more accomplished at trail running and/or ultra-running should you wish to or you already participate in ultra-distance running events.
These sessions are open to new and experienced trail runners and offer something for everyone whatever your goals. They will also develop key technical and tactical/operational aspects of trail running/ultra-running racing and events, eg. aid station process, basic navigation, cut-off timing, kit/equipment, advice/practice, pacing and more!
