Our monthly coaching packages are best suited to those runners who are looking to work towards their running goals month by month and who would like to have in-depth and regular input on their training. They will focus directly on your personal running goals, eg. structuring your training more effectively, improving your running fitness, wanting to train for a road 5K through to your 1st marathon or ultramarathon! This includes online and remote coaching.

Personalised Monthly Training Plan designed for and around you and your goals using Final Surge*;
Unlimited WhatsApp + email contact (within 48 hours);
Monthly phone call OR Zoom call to chat about progress;
1 x Training Plan update per month due to a change in circumstances;
Pre-race/race day preparation and strategy advice;

These packages are tailored to account for the exact number of weeks until race-day and can be personalised to allow you to benefit from many of our other services! They follow either the 'Standard' or 'VIP' version of our Monthly Coaching Packages - the choice is yours!
