MONTHLY COACHING PACKAGES
Our monthly coaching packages are best suited to those runners who are looking to work towards their running goals month by month and who would like to have in-depth and regular input on their training. They will focus directly on your personal running goals, eg. structuring your training more effectively, improving your running fitness, wanting to train for a road 5K through to your 1st marathon or ultramarathon! This includes online and remote coaching.
Follow our 'Standard' or 'VIP' monthly coaching packages. Why not add-on advice on Strength & Conditioning (S&C) OR a bespoke S&C programme to your VIP package?

Initial consultation to discuss running history and goals;
Personalised Monthly Training Plan designed for and around you and your goals using Final Surge*;

We now offer a 'Race Ready' package for those who don't want to commit to a monthly one. These are bespoke race-focused packages which get you to the start line in the best possible shape!
These packages are tailored to account for the exact number of weeks until race-day and can be personalised to allow you to benefit from many of our other services! They follow either the 'Standard' or 'VIP' version of our Monthly Coaching Packages - the choice is yours!
