Group Run Sessions

Us runners like to be social, just like everyone else, but we also love running too! Our group sessions are the perfect way to do both!

No matter what you are training for and no matter what your ability, EVERYONE is welcome and will definitely benefit from these sessions.

They currently run on Monday's and Wednesday's at various locations around Fleet, Hampshire.

School Training Packages

Open to both Primary and Secondary schools, from improving fundamental movement skills to coaching school teams. We offer extra-curricular clubs to taster sessions for athletics and cross country in curriculum time, as well as an array of staff supportive measures to develop children's progression, creating schemes of work or staff CPD.

Training Plans

Monthly Coaching Packages

We provide 2 levels of personalised monthly coaching package to suit your needs, whatever your ability or goals. The 'STANDARD' package costs £60 per month and the 'VIP' package costs £75 per month and is for those who would like the 'ultimate coaching experience'!

1-2-1 Coaching with athlete

1-2-1 Coaching Sessions

This can be a regular weekly session or just when you need it! Running on the trails can be very different to running on the roads and vice-versa, so working on different aspects of running on either surface can have a really positive effect on how you perform.

We offer a variety of sessions that can help you run better and more efficiently...whatever the surface!
